Return Policy

 

Refund Method and Timing:

We will reimburse you for the items you purchased in the same way you paid for them. In some cases, refunds will be applied as a credit on account to be used on future purchases.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 10 business days after we process your return to reflect on your account. 

Returns Information:

  • All returned item(s) that are not at fault of the manufacturer will be charged a 20% restocking fee, if the item(s) is returned within 30 days of receipt. Any item(s) being returned after 30 days of receipt of the item(s), will be charged a 50% restocking fee. All item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. 

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an exchange occurs that is not a result of a manufacturer error, Customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. 

 

  • “CLEARANCE " and “BUILD TO ORDER” items are considered a FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for return and/or refund. 

 

  • Customers returning an item as a result of a manufacturing error (incorrect item, defective item, etc.) will be sent a return shipping label at no cost to them. 

Damaged Item(s):

 All packages shipped from our warehouse are inspected prior to shipment. However, from time-to-time, damage during shipping may occur. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused upon original delivery attempt. Any hidden or internal damage to any item(s) must be reported to our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt to arrange for a carrier inspection and return of the damaged item(s). Please save the item, the shipping carton and all original packaging. Timely receipt of this information is necessary to file a damage claim with the carrier. Failure to notify us of damage within this time period will be deemed an acceptance of the item(s), and standard return policies will apply. 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

 If you received an item(s) that is defective or is not the item you ordered, please contact our customer service department within 10 business days so we can make it right.. Failure to notify us within this time frame will be deemed an acceptance of the item(s), and standard return policies will apply. 

Build to Order Items:

 Build to order items are where the customer has requested specific attributes (height, color, luggage rack, etc) and the item is built to these specifications. If we made an error to your specifications, we will re-produce the item. Otherwise, build to order items are non returnable.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please be advised that during riding season we experience heavy orders and can take up to 2-8 week lead time on custom orders. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are volume-based. The package size of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all dimensions will be rounded up to the next full inch.

USPS - UNINSURED SHIPPING METHOD. This is our economy shipping and can take 7-10 business days to arrive. We are not liable for shipping damage or items lost in transit if you choose this shipping method.
